Always fascinated with the idea of freedom and how life works, Susan has explored meditation and spirituality since the 70’s. She had the good fortune to study with Don Miguel Ruiz and his mother Sister Sarita in the 80's, long before The Four Agreements.
Susan loves life, the land, people and animals. She and her family live on the Big Island of Hawaii with four dogs, two cats, a parrot and eighty free range chickens. Except for the chickens, the animals are all rescues she saved from abusive homes or adopted from animal shelters.
Labyrinths are Susan’s favorite places. She enjoys walking them mindfully, and has built labyrinths all over the world.
Susan is a Toltec master, Nagual shaman, Karuna Reiki practitioner and energy healer. Her motto is:
“Everything begins with love and only the love is real.”
Through her books, videos, online classes, coaching programs and podcasts, Susan shares ancient wisdom and the power of unconditional, compassionate love. She teaches people how to find inner peace, the strength to change and the tools to make it as easy as possible.
